The simplicity of inner self--first time

During meditation, you become very sensitive and very simple. You weed out insignificant things and you find yourself doing the most essential.

A sentence such as “ I just need to feel this” can be too complicated for you to really feel what it means. After a few times, you will feel that in this sentence, “I” is not important, “just need to” will lose its power under “feel this.” And then you will find that even “this “ is not necessary.

The only thing left is “feel” This is the only word in the whole sentence that’s making sense to me when meditating.

I don’t feel this “I”. I don’t feel anything else. All I know is “feel” And that’s exactly what I do.
